NordiCHI 2000 Tutorials User-centred web interface design — Creating user-friendly web sites
Participants will learn how user-centred activities can be integrated into web development projects. They will gain an understanding of key considerations in gathering user requirements, designing and evaluating for ease of use, as well as obtain knowledge of practical tools and methods in the area of web usability. Audience Presentation Biographies Richard Whitehand is a senior usability specialist at Nomos. Since joining Nomos in 1995 he has worked with the user-centred design and evaluation of a wide variety of Swedish and international web sites and web-based applications. |
